The aim of IO3 is to create a blended learning platform that monitors the learning process and progress of each prisoner. We want to create a blended learning environment that can be adapted and applied in many different situations and that has been designed as a tool in which non-formal learning, the personal learning of the participant is stimulated via machine learning.
