This output is the core of the project from the content perspective. It is the answer on the question, how we can create an innovative, Europe-focused blended learning environment, in which the learning process of an individual can be monitored from the inside to outside prison? And how can it be monitored continuously, be dynamic (via machine learning) and based on the needs of the prisoner. This output is focused on the education and reintegration system inside and outside prison and how an ex-prisoner can develop and be owner of his own learning plan.
In principle, this is the foundation on which the learners journey will be built, like the foundation of a house. It will include the first three steps from the Maslow pyramid, physiological needs, safety, love and belonging. What does it take to full fill these needs?
